Gebruik mijn ervaring om jouw doelen te behalen!<\/h2>\n

Toen ik vijftien jaar geleden voor het eerst een voet in een sportschool zette, was ik meteen verkocht. Toentertijd om sterker en fitter te worden om mijn tennisspel te verbeteren, maar al snel gingen de tennisrackets in de kast en bleef krachttraining over.<\/p>\n

Uren op de tennisbaan werden ingeruild voor lange trainingssessies in de sportschool, maar vaak zonder echte progressie. Ik leerde al snel de harde les dat vaker en harder trainen niet automatisch zorgt voor meer resultaat. Dit moest anders kunnen en mijn zoektocht naar een effici\u00ebntere manier begon.<\/p>\n

Tot in de late uren werd er informatie verzameld om dit vervolgens jarenlang op mezelf uit te testen. Continue kleine aanpassingen en verbeteringen zorgden voor een compleet eigen manier van trainen. Stevig gefundeerd op de laatste wetenschappelijke kennis.<\/p>\n

In combinatie met de juiste voeding begonnen de resultaten al snel te komen. Nog leuker: vrienden en familie die ik hielp, begonnen ook meer resultaat te zien in minder tijd. Nu, vijftien jaar later, heb ik honderden mensen ondersteund bij het verkrijgen van een fitter, sterker en gezonder lichaam.<\/p>\n

Er zijn naar mijn mening geen afsnijroutes om jouw doelen te behalen, maar wel manieren om die route sneller af te leggen. Sla het giswerk, het continue vallen en opstaan, en het eeuwig zelf uitproberen over. Vanwege rugklachten ben ik geadviseerd bij David te gaan sporten. Ik sport nu sinds enkele maanden 2 keer per week bij David en mijn rugklachten zijn volledig verdwenen. David is een heel prettige en kundige trainer waarbij persoonlijke aandacht op nummer 1 staat. Zeer goede trainer en voedingscoach. Fijn om over voeding te sparren en legt de trainingen ook goed uit dat je snapt waarom je iets doet. Ik train sinds enkele maanden bij David, in het bijzonder voor het sterker maken van mijn core. David heeft een prachtige gym met professionele apparatuur en zijn persoonlijke begeleiding is uitstekend: zeer deskundig op gebied van fitness maar heeft ook gedegen kennis op gebied van voeding, en sluit ook goed aan op fysiotherapie. David is echt een toptrainer! Heel kundig, vrolijk, en gewoon een fijn persoon.Ik ben echt heel blij dat we bij hem kunnen trainen. Na 5 jaar rugklachten ben ik, sinds we bij David sporten, steeds vaker pijnvrij na alle peuten en paten wel gezien te hebben. Al meer dan 4 jaar train ik 2 keer per week met David. In eerste instantie kwam ik met hernia klachten bij hem terecht.
